After booking, you’ll receive a private Zoom link by email. When your session begins, simply click the link from a quiet space with a stable internet connection.
No special preparation is needed—just come as you are. You might find it helpful to reflect on any questions or experiences you want to explore, but it’s okay if you don’t have anything specific in mind.

It involves deep listening and reflection to help you grow in awareness and connection, rather than addressing psychological or clinical concerns.
Confidentiality is a foundational part of spiritual direction. What you share during sessions is held in confidence, creating a safe and trusting space. Confidentiality is maintained up to the limits required by law, such as in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
